The Tsim Sha Tsui branch has been open for several years and consistently attracts a crowd, with many lining up to get in. Not wanting to spend too much time waiting, I was thrilled to learn that a new branch recently opened in Wan Chai, and it hasn’t yet drawn long queues—perfect for fulfilling my wish 🤩! I ordered four dishes and two drinks. The Drunken Cat Fried Rice Noodles feature wide rice noodles with a nice texture—not too soft. It’s loaded with ingredients like bell peppers 🫑, green beans, onions 🧅, cherry tomatoes, chili peppers 🌶️, eggs 🥚, and minced meat. Stir-fried with spicy sauce, it’s incredibly flavorful. The Flying Water Spinach, cooked with garlic, yellow bean sauce, and shredded chili, is full of wok hei and has a crisp texture. The Crab Meat Omelette is wonderfully fluffy and not greasy. Made with real ingredients, it’s packed with fresh, flavorful crab meat. For a richer taste, dip it in the special sauce provided. The Grilled Beef is tender, juicy, and well-seasoned, with a delightful smoky barbecue aroma. For a spicier kick, you can dip it in Thai chili sauce. However, since I can’t handle too much spice, I enjoyed it without the sauce and still found it delicious. The Lemongrass Lychee Ice is refreshing and thirst-quenching.
