Easy Dish

To see off friends, we came to BluHouse in Rosewood Hotel. This is a casual restaurant full of Italian street style, with an open and comfortable environment and semi-open-air seating, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of Victoria Harbour. The restaurant specializes in authentic Italian cuisine, among which Rigatoni alla Carbonara is made with egg yolk, smoked pig cheek and goat's milk cheese, with a rich taste, and long penne cooked to al dente, which is salty and fragrant. Another signature is the Roman square pizza, which is baked on order, with a crispy and light base and rich ingredients. After the meal, I picked up a Delizia Al Limone from the cake cabinet. It was a good enjoyment with a sweet and sour ending, and the most important thing is that the protagonists were very satisfied. #foodphotography
