Eat spicy all-you-can-eat on the hottest day

On the fourth night of our staycation, we came to Tsim Sha Tsui to eat all-you-can-eat hotpot. I had noticed this hotpot restaurant after eating at Su Ma last time. We chose the middle-priced package, which is $278 per person (without extra charge), and the serving time is 120 minutes, which is a very good value for money. Soup base: There are nine options, we wanted to try more, so we chose the dango hotpot. We noticed the signature "Gyu-eki Secret Spicy Hotpot" (slightly spicy) at first glance, followed by the sweet coconut chicken hotpot. The spicy hotpot soup base is extremely rich, with lots of sesame seeds, which is both fragrant and spicy, and it is particularly satisfying to eat. When you eat the spicy hotpot, you can't really taste the coconut chicken hotpot, but you can taste the coconut in the soup, and the thick meat is sweet and fresh, which is good. 🥩Meat: In fact, SRF American Premium Shoulder Rib Eye Slices and American Beef Shoulder Slices are similar in taste and texture, but the former The former has more fat content and a stronger aroma of oil, while the latter has an even distribution and a more tender taste.
