The Market @ Hotel Icon

The Market @ Hotel Icon is indeed a popular buffet restaurant in Hong Kong. Last week, when I had lunch on a weekday, there was already a queue of diners at 11:50am, ready to enter at 12:00pm. There are many types of food, including: frozen seafood (crayfish, crab claws, long-legged crabs, medium shrimps, mussels, clams) (but no oysters or lobsters), 5 types of sashimi (salmon, tuna, octopus, etc.), special foods (peppercorn duck, Thai boat noodles, raw shrimps, Tom Yum Goong soup, Xingzhou Laksa), slow-cooked steak and lamb rack. Special desserts (durian theme, Godiva dark chocolate, white chocolate soft serve ice cream, 5 types of Movenpick ice cream & homemade durian ice cream). Although each diner only has 1 cup of coffee/tea, orange juice, grapefruit juice and sugarcane water are available. The dining time is 2.5 hours, and the food is unlimited. Although it costs $408 per person, plus an extra charge, it is very cost-effective and the staff have a good service attitude. 😋😋😋 #Buffet Guide
