Get close to nature and have fun with barbecue

This afternoon we came to Tai Po for barbecue and sightseeing. It happened to be a nice sunny day with no rain, which was great! Location: You can take bus 75K 🚌 and get off at Ting Kok Station. The Carnival BBQ is opposite. Environment: It is very large, and the barbecue area is divided into several areas. There are iron covers to block the sun, and there are also large fans to help cool down. The best part is that there is a large lawn with a big air-cushion slide 🛝 and a water fountain 🐳 inflatable trampoline. I saw some parents bringing their children here, and they had already changed into swimsuits to play in the water. You can really while away an entire afternoon here, it’s worth the effort to have fun and eat! Service: There are three types of barbecue grills. I personally recommend Korean barbecue because it is easier to grill. In addition, food and drinks are taken separately. Drinks are picked up at Kai Xin Store, and food is picked up at the Da Cao area. Each person gets a bag of ice shrimp and Taiwanese sausage. Lunch: Friday to Sunday, adults $188, eat all you can for four hours, only includes two cans of designated drinks, plus a $40 stove charge! 🥬Vegetables: green peppers🫑, Jade Mountain, chicken thigh mushrooms, cherry tomatoes🍅, leeks and green onions. Tomatoes are the best, very sweet and juicy. 🥩Meat: The first thing to order is beef tenderloin cubes, which are chewy and tasty. The second is pork chops, which my friend cooked to perfect doneness without making the meat rough. The third is chicken wings, but whole chicken wings are a bit difficult to cook, and usually the skin is burnt but the meat is not cooked enough. 🍢Balls: I have a limited appetite, so I just grilled cheese rice cakes, both were delicious😋! 🍞The most important thing is to grill the garlic buns.
