Cafe Mini Friday on the 3rd floor of The Wave in Kwun Tong is full of surprises

This time, I went to cafe Mini Friday on the 3rd floor of The Wave in Kwun Tong on Saturday afternoon to try the semi-buffet lunch. The semi-buffet period was from 12:00 to 15:00 pm. The location of the cafe is relatively hidden and you need to take the lift to the 3rd floor of the Wave to reach it. When you arrive at the 3rd floor, you will first find a chicken hotpot restaurant, where Mini Friday is isolated. The lighting in the restaurant is dim, but the seats are comfortable. The semi-buffet lunch in the cafe offers salads and fruit toppings, as well as hot food and common fried foods such as spring rolls and takoyaki, hot Western and Chinese soups, and several desserts. Among the many choices, it is worth mentioning that the takoyaki is well-flavored and the batter is not too thick. Since the semi-buffet needs to be paired with a main course, the main course chosen was pan-fried American chicken chop. The chicken skin was fried crispy and the chicken meat was tender, and it was even more delicious with the barbecue sauce. For the meal, I chose hot milk tea, which was the same as the one in ordinary tea restaurants, but it suits my taste. If you want to relax in a quiet environment on weekends, Mini Friday would be a good choice.
