Chinese business set menu at Le Méridien Cyberport!

I haven't been to the Le Méridien Hotel since its renovation. This time I went to work and tried their business package at the Chinese restaurant Nanfang! There are fresh crab meat sour and spicy soup, dim sum platter (three-color shrimp dumplings, flying caviar scallops organic chicken siu-mai, black pepper cheese wagyu spring rolls), broth-baked open-sided Canadian lobster, Parma ham broth Japanese yam, ginger and onion gelatin with coarse noodles and dessert. 388 per person, lobster plus 118 per person. Let's talk about the food first, the crab meat in the spicy and sour soup is very fresh and sweet, and the soup with just the right acidity is very appetizing, opening up a beautiful start for the whole meal 👍🏾👍🏾 The dim sum platter that was served afterwards was not lost, not that it was not good, but at this price I would expect even better appearance and taste🙈 As for the lobster, it was very fresh, very bouncy, the sauce was not too salty, the concentration was just right to hang the lobster meat🤤 The only improvement I think may be that you can get the meat together, if the business lunch to eat so awkwardly seems not ideal.
