The fish is lightly battered and always cooked to perfection – it’s never greasy or soggy, just crisp and golden. The chips are crunchy yet fluffy in the middle, perfect for dunking in their sample sauce of Peas, Gravy and Curry 😎 All in all, delicious! 🌼 Battered Sausage I'm not usually a fan of battered sausages, but I decided to give this one a try. The sausage was crunchy and very juicy in the middle. The batter was crispy, and the sauce added great flavor. I liked that there wasn't too much grease, which is usually overpowering with battered sausages.
