In ancient times, Hotan was the Khotanese state on the Silk Road, where "all the music played in Khotan". The ancient city of Yotqian, with the ancient Khotanese state as its historical and cultural support, reproduces the prosperity of this western city-state thousands of years ago. No tickets are required to enter the Old City during the day, but when night falls, if you want to enjoy the wonderful performances, you need to purchase tickets💰. The ancient city is located in Bagqi Town, about 20 kilometers away from the city. You can choose to take a taxi to get there. Back in 2021, when I was working in Hotan, the project of Yotgan Ancient City had already been launched. Unexpectedly, this unique attraction has been built now. Although some supporting facilities are still being improved, I am very happy that Hotan has such a unique attraction!
