Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall

This hotel is located off the Rose Hall main road, not far from Rose Hall Great House. Once you check in to Hyatt Zilara you are escaping to a beautiful world of fun,relaxation, enjoyment and amazing customer service. The staff at this hotel works flat out to make your stay a memorable one. We had a butler suite and our butler team was attentive, friendly and really made our stay special. From setting up our chairs at the pool each morning, bringing us a cooler filled with drinks, making and changing our dinner reservations, they did anything we asked of them and they did it with a smile. The food here was the best we've had at an AI, with the exception of the chicken at Urban Heatz. It was rubbery and completely inedible. Everything else was great - the Jamaican and the Italian restaurants were our favorites. Try the goat!! Our view from our room was amazing and there were enough activities everyday to keep us busy. The activity staff is awesome and so friendly, they go above and beyond to get people involved and to have a little fun. The pools and beach are gorgeous. There is ample seating at both, so it's easy to find the perfect spot to relax. The poolside and beach service are the perfect touch. It's a very walkable resort, and if you don't want to walk you can ask for a ride on a golf cart.
