MANGGARAI STATION - DKI JAKARTA

Manggarai Station has a new face, namely the addition of an elevated or elevated line. Its presence, which has been operating since September 25, is used as a commuter line train route to Bogor. detikcom has seen the new face of Manggarai Station, where the building is indeed quite nice and pleasing to the eye. Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi even said that the new face of Manggarai Station was similar to the station in Japan. The location of platform 11 as the new line is at the west end of the Manggarai Station. So the train from Bogor to Jakarta Kota no longer stops at the bottom of Manggarai Station, but at the top. Even so, trains from Bogor, Depok, and Nambo bound for Jatinegara or Angke still stop at the station platforms at the bottom. The new line at Manggarai Station is in a new three-story building at the west end of Manggarai Station. There are four new lines or platforms designated for the Bogor or Depok trains that go to Jakarta Kota, to be precise platforms 10-13. The station building is also integrated with the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Train Station. On the 3rd floor, at the top there are 4 commuter line train lines across Bogor, while on the lowest floor there are 2 airport train lines. So on the 1st floor it is used as the entrance to the station, there are two doors, namely the door for the Soetta Airport train station and the entrance for the commuter line train. The entrance is on Jalan Saharjo I, near Pasaraya Manggarai. Then on the second floor there is a waiting room and ticket checking area for airport trains, while the airport train platform is on the bottom floor. The second floor is also an access point for commuter line passengers across Bogor-Jakarta Kota. For passengers who want to transit, they can go down to the 1st floor of the station and go to the intended platform to continue the journey. For those who want to leave, can go directly to the west door which is connected to Jalan Saharjo I, or those who want to leave the east door on Jalan can pass through the platforms. #couplestrip #beautifulsunsets
