Exciting young Okubo area

First time staying at Okubo / Shin Okubo. One stop away from Shinjuku station and there are 2 different excitement. Before Shin Okubo, it is korea town full of korean fusion of cafe, comestic, restaurant and snacks. Will say it is very happening here especially at night From Okubo onwards, it will be a mix of Local and chinese fusion. Can see lot of chinese brand of bubble tea , eatery and supermart. There is a donki donki nearby as well and surrounded with at least 4 convenience stores and pharmacies. Will recommend to anyone as this area is less crowded than other area and it is very peaceful
