Tsubakiya Cafe, Kashiwa Takashimaya Station Mall

This is the seasonal pasta (red snow crab and shrimp in a rich lobster sauce) from Tsubakiya Cafe inside Kashiwa Takashimaya. It's fresh pasta, so it's chewy and highly recommended. For an extra 100 yen, you can also get a small soup (the last time I went, it was mushroom soup). Also, since it was originally a coffee shop, the iced cafe latte is excellent, which is a given. There is also a wide selection of desserts and cakes. In addition to the usual cheesecake, they currently have a seasonal strawberry shortcake.
