#kualalumpurhotels Amazing location in the heart of KL, but without the bustle of the city. Loved the beds, amazing towels, and room temperature was great. Service was amazing and I don’t remember having to wait for anything at all. Breakfast buffet is limited in choice but the flavour makes up for it. Loved my entire experience there and would definitely come back again! Very welcoming hotel, the staff is very friendly. A beautiful interior with a mix of traditional and modern. A variety of restaurants to choose from. I would highly recommend the high tea at the Librari. All pastries and savory snack are delicately made and the taste is superb. The rooms are spacious and have all the comfort you need We had an exceptional stay at RuMa Hotel, where the warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. From the friendly staff to the cozy ambiance, every detail exuded a welcoming atmosphere. However, the aircon got a bit warm in the middle of the night, which woke us up for both nights. The bed and pillows were also not the most comfortable. Having said that, we would still stay at RuMa Hotel again if we come to KL. Special mention to Yunus, the full-time pool attendant who was so welcoming and smiley even after a long day at work. He showed us around and helped us take pictures too!
