It was my first time to Kuala Lumpur. Accommodation in Kuala Lumpur was very cheap. After comparing, I chose this five-star hotel. ✨Hotel Features The hotel is better than expected, the price-performance ratio is really very high. The room was comfortable and clean, the bed was soft and very comfortable. Moreover, it is located in Bukit Bintang, and there are many delicious restaurants and shopping malls nearby. It is a very lively city center area. Across the street from the hotel is Alor Street Night Market. It is also less than 5 minutes away from the city center and the subway station. It is very convenient! This time, the room window overlooks Merdeka 118, the second tallest building in the world. From some room windows, you can even see the Petronas Twin Towers! ♨️Supporting facilities The hotel has a gym, swimming pool, restaurant, parent-child playground, Cafe, etc. I used their gym, which was equipped with towels and water dispensers. There were not many fitness equipments, but it was enough for simple exercises. 🛁Room environment The room was clean and well equipped. There is a large mirror on the far right side of the table. What is very thoughtful is that the mirror is not facing the bed. There is a chair in front of it for makeup, which is very convenient. The room is equipped with hangers, bathrobes, umbrellas, automatic coffee machines, kettles, coffee cups, hot tea cups, safes, refrigerators, ironing boards, hair dryers, and a TV that should be able to watch Netflix. In addition to the basic bathroom supplies, there is also a sewing kit... It is really very complete! 🛎️Hotel services The hotel provides welcome drinks, snacks, minibar and soda in the room are all free, and different coffee capsules are provided. Snacks include mommy noodles, chocolate biscuits and hawthorn biscuits! When checking in, they will help you take your luggage to your room, which is a very considerate service. There is also a notice in the hotel that you cannot eat durian in the room. It feels a bit funny to take care of different guests. 🤣 💗Stay Experience The hotel staff is friendly and polite.
