[Shiga] Delicious salt ramen with pickled plums 🍜 Shio Gensui

I found this ramen shop when I was traveling in Shiga and went there for lunch! It's only in the Kansai region, so it was the first time I'd heard of it and been to a ramen shop, but after doing some research I found that they had a lot of delicious-looking ramen, so I decided to go in! They had the usual ramen, like salt, soy sauce, and miso, but it was my first time seeing ramen made with umeboshi, so I ordered the umeboshi salt ramen 🍜 🍜Umeboshi salt ramen The base is salt ramen, but the strong flavor of the broth and the sourness of the umeboshi go together just right.
