"Toi Cape" Toi Cape boasts a magnificent landscape that is reminiscent of a foreign country, and is located at the southernmost tip of Nichinan Coast National Park. From the chalk-white "Toi Cape Lighthouse" at the tip, you can get a panoramic view of the lush mountains and the Hyuga Nada Sea. The area around Toi Cape is home to the Misaki Horse, a type of horse native to Japan. These horses were first allowed to graze by the Takanabe Domain during the Edo period, and have been designated a national natural monument.
