Explore the art of Lanzhou noodles

Lanzhou Noodles are a famous West-Chinese noodle delicacy. People in Lanzhou generally call it "Lanzhou Beef Noodles","Lanzhou Beef Ramen" or "Lanzhou Beef Big Bowl". Lanzhou Noodles won praise from Chinese and even the world's diners with its unique flavor. Although you can find it everywhere in China (literally at every street corner), the Lanzhou one is still the original. You can choose the size of the noodles and your noodle chief will pull them fresh and by hand. After that, add some soup, green veggies and chilli. It can be combined with more beef or other side dishes! You can find it everywhere in Lanzhou, usually high quality, so I won't recommend a special restaurant.
