St. Thomas Church in Leipzig

Leipzig is a modern city in Germany, not far from Berlin, easily accessible by train. It is a melting pot of culture, architecture, and music, representing the essence of German culture. One must-see destination is St. Thomas Church, located southwest of Leipzig's Markt. It is the birthplace of the world-renowned St. Thomas Boys' Choir, which dates back to 1212, the same year the church was founded. In front of the church stands a statue of the famous Baroque composer Johann Sebastian Bach.
