It is free to enter but you have to make a prior reservation. If not you can also pay to enter without a reservation too. The architecture of the Vessel is truly amazing and even if you have not time to pay this building a visit then you must at least pass by here. The upper levels of the Vessel is restricted entry for safety reasons. A must visit in downtown Manhattan for everyone. Standing at the base of the Vessel is also equally awesome.
