Although the facilities are slightly historical, the atmosphere is superb. The lobby is decorated very impressively, the front desk service gives people a warm experience of home - the whole process is warmly received by the staff, my Chinese is not very good, but here there are actually Chinese-speaking waiters, this is too amazing abroad, good reviews! 👍 Although the room is not very big, it is well-equipped even though it is small. The room has air conditioning, ironing equipment, electric kettle, even a hairdryer and safe are all fitted, simply labeled for thoughtfulness! The bed was soft and comfortable, the sheets were clean and tidy, it felt like falling into the pile of stuffed toys🔥. However, the room exists in part of the mis-level design, if the luggage is relatively heavy, moving up and down is slightly more troublesome, this is considered a small minus point of it. Since we live in the city center, it is naturally super close to the attractions! Hyde Park is right outside the door, and it's not too appropriate to take a walk to relax - you can also walk to the Capitol, St. James Park and Big Ben! If you go further, celebrity spots like the London Eye and the Natural History Museum are in minutes! You don't have to worry about eating and drinking. The nearby The Park Room British restaurant is great. You can enjoy a traditional afternoon tea. Of course, there are points worth improving. For example, there are rooms on each floor that require several flights of stairs to access and are less friendly to travelers with bulky luggage. And the rooms are smaller than expected, and the facilities, although functional, are not particularly modern. It is also important to note that an additional £30 deposit will be deducted on check-in, which will be refunded after a few days after check-out, which some people may find inconvenient. Overall, the hotel is a representation of both classicism and convenience. The classic retro white style reminds people of the British aristocratic atmosphere, especially since it is too convenient to travel, and the larger scale can better meet the needs of families or multiple people.
