Opening hours: Daily, 7:00am–3:00pm, 6:00pm–10:00pm (breakfast buffet served from 7:00am to 11:00am) Inspired by America’s West Coast lifestyle and featuring dishes from this area, Coast restaurant is located on MGM Cotai‘s ground floor. Easily accessible, the restaurant’s interiors are modern-looking, furnished in gold and gray palette. There’s an open kitchen so diners can enjoy watching dishes being crafted. Specialties include several American dishes such as hamburgers, steaks, surf & turf, but also fresh seafood and several Mexican-inspired delights such as nachos, and tacos.
