Restaurante Lakasa 📍Plaza del Descubridor Diego de Ordás, 1, 28003 Madrid, Spain This is a very fancy restaurant with a fusion-style cuisine that tastes quite good! Tuna cooked in onions in brine with paprika (€13): The tuna was extremely fresh with a hint of umami, and the sweetness of the onions complemented it well. It looked simple but tasted quite good. Wild Mushrooms cooked in onions with Sherry & parmentier (€14): The moment this dish was placed in front of me, the aroma hit me. The combination of the mushroom fragrance and the onions was fantastic! Grilled Steak with organic vegetables and fried potatoes (€16.5): The steak was grilled to perfection, with just a hint of blood inside. It wasn’t fishy at all, and the crispy, charred exterior was very enticing. With a sprinkle of salt, it was delicious! The crispy fried potatoes on the side made a perfect pairing of carbs and meat. Lemon Pie (€5): I expected the lemon pie to be too sour, but it was pleasantly balanced with a sweet and tangy flavor. The refreshing taste was perfect for a summer day!
