Watching the cocktails being made in their "lab" area is fascinating, as it’s filled with equipment resembling a science lab—a visually captivating experience. Kimono & Nekojita (Non-Alcoholic) Light and refreshing, perfect for those avoiding alcohol. Matcha-Infused Cocktail A delightful floral blend with matcha that adds depth and a touch of complexity. Ukiyo Made with Japanese whisky, this drink was bold and intense, packing a punch! Delicious but strong—one sip was enough to leave a lasting impression. Sashimi de Hamachi A spicy dish (for me, quite spicy!) featuring tender salmon with a refreshing, clean taste. Perfectly portioned for one bite. Pan-Fried Dumplings Unique preparation with ginger, garlic, and a flavorful curry sauce for dipping. The combination was unexpected but worked beautifully. Bao Buns These adorable buns were generously filled. One had a pork filling with an incredible meaty aroma and rich flavor. Piggy Sandwich Served on a pig-shaped dish, this sandwich stole the show.
