If you love dry rice porridge or fish rice porridge, you absolutely must visit this place. Every time I work in Maha Sarakham, I make sure to stop by—never missing a chance! I highly recommend the dry rice porridge topped with fish roe; it's so good you won't be able to stop eating. The fermented soybean dipping sauce is incredibly flavorful, making this one of my all-time favorite restaurants that you simply can't miss. Besides the dry rice porridge, the seabass rice porridge is another signature dish of the restaurant. For those who aren't fans of these two dishes, there are also made-to-order options available. You have to try it—it's absolutely amazing!
