As soon as I arrived at Marseille Harbor (Vieux-Port de Marseille), I felt an irresistible urge to lie down and relax under the sparkling sunny sky. On the way to the harbor, street performers (buskers) played music, and people from various countries strolled around, adding to the lively atmosphere. Vieux-Port is the historical and cultural heart of Marseille, a natural harbor that has existed since the Greek colonial era. Today, it serves as a departure point for ferries heading to nearby islands or the Calanques. The harbor is lined with traditional fish markets, cafes, and restaurants, making it an ideal spot for both a leisurely walk and a delightful meal. Thanks to the clear weather, I could fully enjoy the sea breeze and a sense of relaxation that opened up my heart. The sunlight, waves, chatter of people, and distant ships all left a lasting impression.
