It was a weekend trip to Munich, Germany 🇩🇪 We began our weekend in the heart of Munich, Marienplatz. It’s a beautiful square surrounded by historic buildings and vibrant energy. The most iconic landmark here is the New Town Hall, especially its Glockenspiel show, which happens daily at 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. The intricate details of the clock mechanism, paired with the stunning neo-gothic architecture, make it an ideal spot for pictures 📸 Whether you’re there for the clock show or just to marvel at the building, it’s a must-see 🙌 📍Marienplatz 8, 80331 Munich, Germany We also explored the Englischer Garten, one of the largest urban parks in the world. It’s not only perfect for a relaxing stroll but also offers some incredible photo opportunities 📸 especially along the Eisbach River where you’ll see surfers riding waves right in the middle of the city! The Chinese Tower (Chinesischer Turm) is another beautiful spot for photos, particularly during sunset 🌇 when the whole area is bathed in a warm glow. 📍Englischer Garten, 80538 Munich, Germany For a more local experience, we visited Viktualienmarkt, Munich’s famous food 🥘 market. It’s a great spot to capture the vibrant culture of the city with its colorful stalls, fresh produce, flowers 💐 and Bavarian specialties. We highly recommend grabbing a bite to eat here and wandering around to find hidden gems 💎 The lively atmosphere makes it a perfect location for spontaneous photos 📸 📍Viktualienmarkt 3, 80331 Munich, Germany We then wrapped up our weekend at Olympiapark, where the 1972 Summer Olympics were held. The park is huge, and the view from the Olympic Tower is spectacular, offering a panoramic shot of the city and surrounding areas.
