Perfect Stay for Exploring Nagoya and Surrounding Areas

Nikko Style Nagoya is an excellent base for exploring Nagoya and nearby towns. I stayed here for a week during peak sakura season, mainly exploring the city but also taking day trips to Gifu City, Okazaki, Inuyama, and Matsumoto. I booked a Deluxe King, which was a wonderfully spacious room with a sitting area and a long desk. The hotel is a short walk from Nagoya station and the central shopping area, and it's also very close to Yanagibashi Central Market, ensuring you never run out of great food options. If you're too tired to venture far after a long day, there are some tasty and friendly restaurants right next door, like Kobitokaba izakaya and Chikaba yakitori-ya. Alternatively, there are several convenience stores within a short walking distance. I can’t fault this hotel – the friendly staff, excellent amenities (including two kinds of bath salts!), and free DJ sets on Saturday nights were all highlights. I was sad to leave and am happy to recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Nagoya.
