This branch is located at Pak Thong Chai Intersection, Mueang District, Nakhon Ratchasima. This is the largest branch of 'KopiHub' with an area of over 700 sq.m., featuring stunning architecture designed by a national architect, incorporating the essence of Korat in every detail, such as using the shape of silk bundles in the building design and incorporating weaving patterns in the interior decoration. Bamboo baskets and wooden materials are also used to add a playful touch in the KopiHub style. ✨ The shop is divided into 3 main zones: 🏡 Zone A, the front zone, features round wooden booths, Infinity lamps, and distinctive red sofas that catch the eye as soon as you enter the shop. 🏡 Zone B, the Courtyard zone in the middle, has two highlights: 1. A photo spot with tiered stairs and a vertical garden, 2. A modern Chinese-style wall painting that immediately identifies the place as KopiHub. 🏡 Semi-Outdoor Terrace zone, where you can open the windows to enjoy the breeze and view the serene waterfall garden. Another highlight is the open-kitchen style grilled patongko booth inspired by the shape of bamboo baskets. Besides the impressive atmosphere, the menu here is equally interesting. They have adapted 'Moo Yor' (Vietnamese sausage) into Moo Yor Har Gow in a special menu available only at the Korat branch! 🥢 ⭐️ Highly recommended dishes not to be missed: 🥟 Kopihub Treasure Box: A special menu exclusive to the Korat branch, in collaboration with 'Pueng Ngie Chiang', a long-standing souvenir shop in Korat for over 50 years. The set includes Korat stir-fried noodles, shrimp dumplings with salmon roe, goldfish har gow, Moo Yor har gow, stuffed golden bags, and black gold har gow. 🦐 Sweet Shrimp with Yuzu Jelly: This dish is a perfect ten! The fresh, sweet shrimp pairs perfectly with the tangy-sweet yuzu jelly. 🥢 Premium Dim Sum: We ordered three items in this set - pink gold har gow, black gold shrimp har gow, and three-color har gow. There are over 100 delicious dishes to choose from, including freshly steamed dim sum, Phuket dry rice porridge, crispy shrimp rice rolls, Bak Kut Teh, lava buns, truffle mushroom buns, fried taro, grilled patongko with two types of custard (egg custard and pandan custard), and ending with strong Thai tea and iced black tea to fulfill your energy.
