We lined up at the kiosk at the entrance of the restaurant around 2:00 on the weekend, and we were number 102. There were 18 groups waiting in front of us. I thought it would be okay since we came a little late for lunch, but the wait was crazy..! We waited for about 30-40 minutes. Side dishes include stir-fried anchovies, pickled vegetables, pickled lotus root, seasoned bellflower root, japchae, and kimchi. Everything was delicious and good. The one on the left is grilled Im Yeon-su and the one on the right is grilled Alaskan flounder. I finished a bowl of rice in no time! Haha I recommend Im Yeon-su fish meat to those who like white-fleshed fish with lots of white meat. The grilled flounder has a crispy, salty, and savory taste when eaten with the skin? If you have 4 or more people, I recommend trying a variety of dishes! If you go to the self-bar, there is also scorched rice, so try grilled fish with scorched rice to finish it off. Since there is so much fish, I think adding extra rice or scorched rice is a must. Haha
