#celebrateit Honestly, the first time I was here I ordered the polo bun, and I found it a hype. But after I decided to give it a second try years later, and I managed to try out their chicken berempah items (with nasi lemak or beehoon or meesiam), and ever since then I was converted into a regular. From there I found many stir-fried items like char kuey Teoh is above average too, especially rich with wok-hey. As for the egg tarts, I’ve always found their Portuguese egg tarts—together with that of Foo Hing—two of the very best. Theirs have more eggy fillings thus more moist and softer; Foo Hing has a higher crust-filling ratio resulting in a more buttery taste and flaky texture. Overall I found the quality control to be superb. I don’t think out of the dozens visits of mine, any items fell below expectation significantly. 💰Average Price per Person: RM15-25/pax for main course
