𓄴 𓄴 I still remember visiting Sliver Lining Coffee Workshop when it first opened two years ago. Time flies. I recently received news that the store will close down. I was very sad... so I went with my friends to support it. 𓂁 Healthy All Day Breakfast $132 Use low-sugar and original foods, including cauliflower "rice", slow-cooked chicken, sautéed mushrooms, roasted pumpkin, poached eggs and salad. The store specially selects hormone-free chicken, which has tender meat and is both healthy and delicious. 𓂁 Keto Brunch $138 Ketogenic options. Includes slow-cooked chicken thighs, smoked salmon, avocado, sautéed portobello mushrooms, tomatoes, poached eggs and apple cider vinegar salad. 𓂁 Matcha Burnt Cheesecake $60 All desserts have keto options, and the Basque cheesecake uses monk fruit sugar, which is slightly sweet but not greasy. The sweetness doesn't overpower the aroma of matcha, it's just right. 𓂁 Dirty $40 & Latte $38 There is no doubt about the quality of Silver Lining’s coffee, right? I really like the nutty aroma of their Nutty beans. The boss and the boss lady are still the same as when the restaurant first opened, doing everything themselves and serving customers warmly and attentively. Every cloud has a silver lining.
