Chasing the Sun in Sanya

With international travel still not all that feasible, we decided to embark on an autumnal getaway to Sanya in search of some much needed sun before having to endure a drawn out, and very cold winter in Shanghai...! ☀️. While here, we stayed at the InterContinental Sanya Resort, located in the Dadonghai Scenic Area. Said to be one of the three most popular tropical tourism areas there, I was pleasantly surprised by just how much I enjoyed my first trip to Sanya! While in there area, there’s plenty to do when it comes to activities, if that’s the kind of holiday experience you’re craving - but I would thoroughly recommend just making the most of the weather and soaking in the sun at the beach or pool! Although the sand and water at the beach is not the best I’ve experienced, it was still a great place to sunbathe, have a quick dip, or a sunrise stroll in the morning. #momentsmission
