Sekudai 2 Days Itinerary

went on a 2 day drive to Skudai to my wife's glass & some nice food in JB. Stayed at Hyatt Place Johor Bahru Paradigm Mall; a nice hotel annex to Paradigm Mall, with nice rooms & decent features. One disappointment however is the breakfast. My advise to other travellers is to avoid their boring breakfast until they improve. The Mall however is pretty large and may take more than a couple of hours to complete. Made my wife's glasses at large spectacle shop on the 2nd floor called Zibo Optics. Good service, friendly staff & competitive pricing went for late lunch after check in at this Bah Kut Teh place just 8 minutes drive away. The steam fish & minced pork Tou Foo took centrestage(see cover photo). Total damage for 3 dishes is RMG85 (The very fresh & well prepared fish (700 grams) alone will probably cost more than double of RMG85 in Singapore Had dinner at this family style restaurant not too far away, abt 12 minutes drive, called Just Seafood. I actually am quite reluctant to introduce this, as it's one of the hidden gems in this area, or even the whole of JB. crabs are very fresh & well prepared.....and imagine having 2 crabs, each abt 500 grams, cooked in different style (we choose Chili crabs & Kum Heong Crab) for RMG108. Next day, after a very mediocre breakfast, we do our final shopping at the Mall, wash car and head back to expensive Singapore 😅😅
