Semmering Railway & Hiking Trails

#summervacay Taking the Semmering Railway was like stepping back in time. The train ride itself is UNESCO-listed and winds through tunnels and over tall viaducts with mountain views. I got off halfway and explored the hiking trails around the Semmering Pass. The forest was quiet, the air smelled like pine, and I felt completely refreshed. It’s one of those places where you feel the rhythm of slow, scenic travel. #summervacay
