Back for more fruit! My two favorite "fruit shops" are SUZU and Xin Rong Ji (just kidding...). There are more and more bars making seasonal fruit cocktails, but SUZU's are still the best. The main reason is that they use good fruit, and they spend money on good ingredients. The sweetness comes from the fruit juice, and the alcohol enhances the fruit flavor. The aroma is rich, and the taste is fresh and vibrant. 🍇 Queen Nina Red Grapes I love grapes! I thought this drink would be colorful, but it's actually the color of the grape flesh. The outside of the glass slowly melts, like peeled grapes in an ice bucket. The drink is dry and crisp, and the juice is sweet and mellow. It has a rich floral and fruity aroma. Even after a while, the top layer doesn't lose its flavor. The brandy adds a warm finish. 🥛 Cream Guava This might be a broad term for guava? It's not pink guava, so my dreams of colorful cocktails were dashed. But it's still good! Eat the guava first, then drink the guava cocktail. The fruit flavor is fresh and full, like an air-conditioned room on a tropical island. It's creamy, smooth, and not astringent. I want to drink it all in one go. 🍛 This time I went at 7 pm, and finally got to eat at the bar! A clean meal and a drink, happy happy! The beef curry rice was thick, mild, and delicate. But some of the beef was tender, and some was dry. 🍜 The thin ramen noodles were easy to slurp, and the chicken and fish broth was fresh. But it was a bit too salty. The service is different every time. There's a lot of staff turnover, so sometimes it's good, and sometimes it's bad. This time, the staff outside the bar were great, even a bit like five-star service. They were quick to set the chopsticks and change the napkins. The staff inside the bar were more concise. Some of the bartenders don't speak Chinese, some pretend not to speak Chinese, and some don't reply. If you're not a regular, you might not have a perfect experience.
