Besides the first-floor exhibition, the second floor offers a ticketed “The Lost Pharaoh: Immersive Exploration of the Great Pyramid of Khufu” experience (💰198 RMB/person). The 45-minute VR experience let me step inside the Great Pyramid of Khufu, which was quite fun. Also, the Shanghai Museum plans to hold 10 sessions of “Museum Cat Night” every Saturday evening in September, where visitors can bring their pet cats to visit the exhibition together 🐈‍⬛. 🚇 Super convenient location: The exhibition is at the People’s Square venue (201 Renmin Avenue).
