If you take the direct bus to Middle Tiger Leaping Gorge, it will take you to this hostel. 🚗 A few years ago, I took a bus from Lijiang to Shangri-La, passing by Tiger Leaping Gorge. The driver seemed to be the owner of this hostel. At that time, I just walked around Tiger Leaping Gorge, and this time I came to walk the high road, so I thought I would stay here. Apart from being a bit far from the halfway hostel (1–2 hours' walk), everything else is very convenient, and the owner is very friendly. 🚗 Because I arrived late, I just asked for a bed, and I didn't expect to have a room to myself, with a view of the gorge outside. The only downside of the dormitory is that the toilet and shower are outside, so you have to go out, and it is a bit cold outside at night.
