Every time I arrive at Excellence Center, I see a lot of people queuing up at each restaurant. Among them, Wanchu left the deepest impression on me. Before 6 o'clock, there were already 20 people queuing up 🤔. This time I arrived at 5:30 and was seated successfully👍. It is a high-end Anhui cuisine and quite special. The restaurant is decorated with an open kitchen and a bar area, which is a combination of Chinese and Western styles. The interior of the restaurant is designed with antique lighting and a warm atmosphere, which is very suitable for family gatherings. Each unit has ample space and is not crowded. There are many choices on the menu. We ordered some famous side dishes such as the lion's head, which was not greasy and very soft. The famous Huangshan stinky mandarin fish 🐟 has a strong flavor and is a must-try 👍. The fish has a firmer texture after fermentation.
