Takeda local cuisine from Shibetsu Town

Shibetsu is a famous salmon producing area in Japan, so all the dishes here are salmon. I saw photos of salmon roe all over the door of Takeda Local Cuisine Restaurant and decided to go in for a meal. It really was full of salmon dishes! There are so many dishes to choose from, including salmon sashimi rice, salmon hot pot, grilled salmon, and of course, plenty of salmon roe!
