Mount Kuno, home to Kunozan Toshogu Shrine, a shrine with a view of the sea. You can get to Kunozan Toshogu Shrine by ropeway from Nihon-daira, but from the sea side you have to climb 1,159 steps. It's called "Gochou" because it's 1,159 steps! Perhaps it's the perfect weekend exercise? ! Of course, climbing the long stairs is tiring, but the view at the end of the climb is amazing!
