Heishul Xian (黑水县; Tibetan: ཁྲོ་ཆུ་རྫོང་།; Qiang: Vvlukvua) is a region in northern Sichuan Province, China. It is under the administration of the Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Region. We traveled from Mao Xian to Heishui, stayed in the city for 1 night. The next morning, we went to visit “Dagupingchuan” or Dagu Glacier National Park.
