Address - Asian Market Cafe, Fairmont Hotel, 80 Bras Basah Road, Singapore 189560 As you walk in through the doors to the Asian Market Cafe, you will immediately see displays of unique Chinese-Peranakan items up on the shelves. Some of their patterns have a very classic Nonya flair to them. They even have those heritage “tingkats” that were used so commonly last time to carry food around. I thought it really fit well with the cuisine they were serving and added that something extra to the overall ambience!
