Walk from Chinatown to Clarke Quay

This walk is very easy to do and you can stroll from Chinatown to Clarke Quay (where Singapore ricer flows through) Along the walk, you will notice some iconic buildings in Chinatown like People’s Park complex, Hotel 81 at the junction, the Majestic building (former majestic theatre attracted the most glamorous opera stars from China) and Yue Hwa Department Store 裕华国货 (Former Great Southern Hotel 旧南天大酒店) From here onwards, you will see modern buildings starting to appear in you view. Walking towards Clarke Quay and spend some time enjoy the evening breeze by sitting at the steps at Singapore River or taking a river cruise to explore further. #mustdo
