The oldest brewery in Hobart, Tasmania

Located in South Hobart, we took an Uber from the city center to visit Australia's oldest brewery. The journey took less than ten minutes and the round-trip fare was only 30AUD, so the journey was not very far. You can book a brewery tour of this eight-year-old brewery directly on its official website, or walk in for a drink like we did. There's a lot of space here, so we chose outdoor seats with a beautiful view. We tried the Cascade Road Tasting Paddle, so we could taste the most famous beers here all at once, including lager, draught, pale ale and stout! I personally think pale ale is the best, with a clear and sweet taste.
