"Korea" Waiting time 3.5 hours! Extra large bone-in short ribs

We went to Montan, a restaurant in the famous Triangle Area that has long waiting times! We went around 2pm to avoid lunchtime. There didn't appear to be a line at the entrance, so we asked the staff, and lo and behold! We were able to make a reservation at 5:30pm, three and a half hours later! *You have to write your name and phone number on the reservation list, but since I don't have a Korean cell phone, I was able to just write down the reservation time (5:30pm). I thought it would be a late lunch, but changed it to dinner lol Until the reservation time, I strolled around nearby Itaewon and Hangangjin and did some shopping ^^ When I returned at the reservation time, I was smoothly guided into the restaurant and immediately ordered the "Ude Kalbi" that I was looking for ♪ When I entered the restaurant, I was excited to see the kitchen where the big bone-in kalbi was being grilled over straw, but when the kalbi arrived at my table, the waiter dramatically separated it from the bone, which was also the most exciting ♡ It looks delicious, but once you eat it, you're hooked lol The moment I took a bite, I thought "That's why there's a line~" lol The kalbi was soft, very juicy, and had the best fat! It was delicious whether I ate it with salt or wrapped it in my favorite myeongi namul, but the thing that surprised me the most was the frozen radish kimchi!! It was super delicious to eat it with the cool, crunchy frozen kimchi ♡♡ And for the final dish, every table ordered onion fried rice! This was also different from the usual fried rice at the end of the meal, with a rich, spicy flavor that was exquisite!!
