LATE NIGHT LANDINGS AT IMAM KHOMEINIE AIRPROT

#favouriteitinerary Imam Khomeini International Airport is the main gateway to Iran. We arrived close to midnight, and there wasn’t much to see at that hour. A few cafés were in the arrival hall, but most were already closed. Surprisingly, there was no money changer in sight. The arrival area was compact, with the exit just a few steps away. The thrill of landing in a new country was there, but a language barrier quickly became apparent, English isn’t widely spoken, making communication a challenge. There are not many pictures from this airport since both our arrival and departure were at midnight.
