📍 PARKSIDE@NINA (Tsuen Wan) Shop 201, 2/F, Phase 1, Nina Plaza, 8 Yeung Uk Road, Tsuen Wan I never expected that the Nina Plaza in Tsuen Wan, which I often pass by, would hide such a stunning restaurant 🥰. Today was truly a delightful surprise! The prices are reasonable, making it a great spot to celebrate anniversaries or birthdays with your significant other ❤️. We ordered the Soft-Shell Crab Garlic Chili Linguine. The soft-shell crab was fried to perfection—crispy on the outside and fresh on the inside. Absolutely delicious 👍🏻👍🏻. The linguine underneath was infused with the fragrant taste of olive oil, garlic, and chili, which blended perfectly into the pasta. This dish was truly enjoyable 🍝. Additionally, we tried the BBQ Chicken Quesadilla 🌮. It was served with sour cream, onions, and guacamole, offering a burst of flavors 🫶🏻. The quesadilla was toasted to a golden brown, filled with shredded chicken and cheese. Pairing it with the accompanying condiments made it refreshing and satisfying 😉. For dessert, we sampled their signature Petrified Chocolate Cake 🎂. Its appearance genuinely resembled petrified wood, and the taste was rich with chocolate flavor. The cake had varied textures and layers, making it a delightful treat 😌. Pairing this chocolate cake with coffee would be a perfect match 🍫.
