We traveled by motorbike from Nha Trang towards Phu Yen, and it turned out to be one of the most beautiful routes along Vietnam's central coast. The road runs along the sea: to the right, you get views of turquoise waters and fishing boats, while to the left, there are stunning mountains, green hills, and small villages. Along the way, you'll come across quiet beaches with almost no tourists, small markets selling fruits and fish, and occasionally, you might spot basket fishing boats lying right on the sand. You'll want to stop every ten minutes just to admire the ocean and snap a few photos. The journey takes about 2–2.5 hours, but it's best not to rush and allow time for stops—the road is just as impressive as the basalt columns themselves. 💡 Tip: Set out early in the morning—there's less traffic, soft light for photos, and a comfortable temperature for the ride.
