All side dishes are available for free refills upon request, but due to the rising cost of vegetables, there is an additional charge of 1,000 KRW for salad. You can crack a raw egg into your dish and cook it to your liking. I prefer to let the egg cook to a soft-boiled consistency in the hot broth, while my friend stirs the egg into the dish. A chive pancake is also served. It’s made with plenty of chives and just a little bit of batter, resulting in a very thin, crispy, and chewy texture. Minced squid is added on top, enhancing the chewy bite.
